With nearly 20 years of experience in the stone and tile industry, Adrienne Gallmann has a deep knowledge of natural materials, construction, and interior design. Raised in a family rooted in commercial construction, she has built a strong technical foundation that continues to shape her work today. She brings a rare balance of design vision and industry expertise, guiding clients through every stage of the process with confidence, precision, and an exceptional understanding of stone and tile.

Mona Giordano - Director of Operations

A true “jack of all trades,” Mona wears many hats within the company. She began her career in the tile industry while studying Interior Design at Berkeley College. Nearly 20 years later, she has built an extensive knowledge of tile, stone, design, and project coordination, making her an invaluable resource to both clients and colleagues alike. Mona’s experience and versatility make her an essential part of the SHMT team.

Maria Santos - Senior Design Coordinator

Maria brings both experience and passion to every project she works on. Her love for design led her to a career as a design consultant, where she enjoys helping clients create beautiful, personalized spaces they can truly call home. Her design aesthetic blends timeless elements with soft modern touches, creating elegant spaces that feel fresh yet enduring. She takes pride in listening closely to each client’s vision and helping bring it to life.

Najae Rasul - Senior Design Coordinator

Starting her journey with the company as an intern, Najae has grown into a full-time Design Consultant and valued member of the team. With a background in Interior Design from Kean University, she brings creativity, attention to detail, and a strong passion for helping clients bring their spaces to life. Her refined eye for quality materials, paired with a client-focused approach, makes the design process inspirational & enjoyable. She enjoys working closely with clients to bring their vision to life.
